The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Elegant and gentle, the Kritikos Lagonikos are originally from the island of Crete (their name translates as ‘Cretan hound’).
They are considered to be one of the oldest hunting dogs in Europe and have lived on Crete for the last 5,000 years. Artefacts with pictures of the breed, as well as specific references of the ‘Kressai kynes’ (or Cretan Dog) have been found dating from the ancient Aegean civilization and in Homer’s epics.
Their breeding has made them well suited to hunting hares by sight or smell. Today, the Kritikos Lagonikos is rarely seen outside of its native Crete. More’s the pity.
